Our company has used Wrike for three years. It is used by our I.T. department for tracking our project work as well as our I.T. service tasks. Wrike is highly flexible. It allows you to structure your projects and tasks in a way that help keep your team (and you) moving. Wrike is a powerful project management system. Their support team is fabulous, they provide a clear set of getting started videos, a full library of brief videos for learning the features in more detail and they also have a support team that as always gone above and beyond, not only answering your questions but offering suggestions and best practices that allow you to get the full benefit from Wrike. I also have (and allow my employees) to keep a separate folder where they can organize all their life's tasks. I personally use a GTD (Getting Things Done) philosophy and Wrike matches well allowing me to organize and keep on top of my heavy task load. Wrike provides a good set of social tools to enhance your teams ability to work together and it integrates well with Google Apps and also provides tools for working with MS Office documents. In addition Wrike works well in your browser but also has Android and IOS app to make it easy to use on any device. These tools allow you to use Wrike throughout the day in a fluid and easy manner to keep you on top of your tasks. I highly recommend Wrike as a project management (and personal organizational) tool.
