I've been ordering from Food service direct for more than two years. Close to a dozen orders. Usually never an issue but my last order had a thawing isssue. Their costumer service department was quick to respond, addressed the issue and made things right. Probably didn't help that I ordered in the middle of a nationwide heatwave. I'm probably concidered a small volume customer yet they still addressed the issue and sent a replacement. Customer service is top notch and they stand behind their products and quality. I will definitely order again and recommend them.
