I ordered a TV stand and added to my order, then changed my mind about the product and changed an out of stock item. Each call I made and email was handled with efficiency and professionalism. Such a lovely company to deal with. The night before my delivery, my item popped up in my advert feed as discounted which I then asked Roseland about. The next day they refunded the difference and my items were hand delivered by the 2 man service. Although the boxes were damaged, the packaging inside was very thorough and both items undamaged. Quality is lovely. I'd definitely buy again.
