Have mixed reviews, we ordered online, easy process, received co nfirmation immediately. Delivery soon followed, and were notified regularly on delivery times etc. Quality of product appears good,( we have not had the units out of the box )price good. Unfortunately it took time for us to get a plumber into do our refit. We have had the unit 8weeks, but now the plumber cannot move a soil pipe, therefore cannot use unit, I have only been offered a credit, which I will never be able to use, and we have to organise getting the unit back to them by courier. So here I am, a pensioner with a £369.00 unit that I cant use, I know it's not their fault, but I would have bought another replacement unit. Such a shame they couldn't be more accomodating . Will not recommend them due to their complacent attitude.
