My daughter purchased a dinning room table and chairs and the sales man talked them into taking out a extra five years insurance,explaining that any problems would be dealt with.She return to the shop after one month as she was disappointed in product and it appeared faulty.Extremely poor customer aftercare.Last week I was at her property when the assessor came to review the fault .He verbally quoted that it appeared there was a fault and that the furniture appeared not to have the top protection coat or lacquer.How ever today we have liaised with Oakland furniture to discover ,he didn’t write that in his report and at present this company are offering no support.Is he on top commissions for not recommended repair or replacement! I would like people to beware of appalling quality if furniture and after service .Its also strange when you use the site to review furniture,there isn’t many reviews and unlike other companies you can’t seem to add your own reviews on the site ,therefore does the company screen reviews !
