I was happy that my assigned editor did have a scientific background as I am studying Pharmaceutical Science. But I wasn't having any requirement of proofreading and editing services as of now, they promised me to avail the same offer incase I'll be having any requirement in future. I believe this was fair. All in all, I would recommend WriteSmartly for future students. As they treated me professionally. They are very quick with their response. In order to be so quick and efficient they clearly must have an organized system in place. They are also fair when students are not satisfied with the feedback. In the foreseeable future, I can see myself using WriteSmartly for my personal statement and my Master degree as well as they have earnt my respect.
