Ich habe meine Bestellung in Originalverpackung + Formular für die Retoure zurückgeschickt und wurde aufgefordert die 80€ trotzdem zu zahlen, da die Firma meinen Formular für die Retoure verloren hat! Tausendmal angerufen und Mails geschrieben, ob sie nochmal nachschauen können. aber nein, es liegt einfach nicht vor PLUS war die Dame an Telefon richtig unhöflich und wurde angemeckert.. Also nie wieder wunderwiege! Eigentlich ist in Stern sogar zu viel..
