My Grandmother sent me a hamper for Christmas which cost her £25. The contents are worth £10 if that.
To make it worse one jar was totally smashed and I cut my finger when opening the box.
Rang customer service about 3 times constantly being sent to one place and another or simply being hung up on.
Was told I could return it at my expense and my Grandmother would get a refund. I explained it was badly damaged but this didn't matter. No apology for the damages, no offer to replace and I know my Grandmother ordered at least 6 of these for different people.
Decided not to upset my Grandmother by telling her the gift was damaged so didn't continue.
