Here's my email to customer service and below is their response:Hi-I called Customer service and was referred to this email to report a problem with the quality of men's tee shirts. I purchased several tees 2 years ago, and followed the washing directions carefully.
Over this time, the AE tees have faded, there are holes near the embroidered AE logo, and the necklines are stretched out. This is in comparison to LL Bean and Lands End tee shirts, purchased at the same time, and those brands have worn very well.
I am enclosing a picture of one of 3 shirts to show you what I'm referring to. I am interested in you resolving this issue with replacement tees.
