Obviously the world is used to poor customer service at this point & just accepts it. I worked CS for over 20 yrs and the level of rude and incompetent CS agents now is ridiculous. I called CS because my order was supposed to deliver on Aug 18th but it's been sitting at FedEx hub for 7 days now. I called both AE CS and FedEx CS and both were incompetent. The least the CS Agent could do is call FedEx and find out what's going on as officially they were the customer at that point and she should've done it for a customer who needed help finding a product they shipped. And if she couldn't do that then pass me on to someone who could. Come on! Not that hard!! That's exactly what I would have done. So are they too lazy to do it?
I called back to FedEx CS and they at least are attempting to do something now. This is exhausting and very disappointing. And my package (clothing for 14 yr old for school) STILL is not here!
So stores, warehouses and companies hire and train these people and reprimand or fire them if they do not do their job correctly...period!!
