From Julie Escott and my Dad Danny Thompson...I'm a 43 year old stay at home mom of twins...when I was younger loved American Eagle, style and fit. My husband works, I stay at home (hardest...and most rewarding job😘) We don't buy clothes for ourselves much anymore, spend our money on them (they make us beautiful now.😘) My old school parents came to spend the week with the girls this week, My dad offered a gift card to buy some sweatpants clothes... went to American Eagle, picked out some comfy sweats and shirts, entered in the gift card...web site had problems. Called the number...while putting the girls to bed, thinking this is too much trouble, I'll buy something elsewhere, the customer service guy was so awesome, still didn't go through, got the number so my Dad could call back with a regular credit card, he called, he said she was awesome about the customer service lady he talked to, got it done (he's almost 70 and old school 😘) Love guys... your customer service people rocked it out. Love your clothes and fit, this Mamma is excited to keep on wearing your clothes at 43 and for them to come in the mail in a few days!🙌🙌🙌💖💖💖
