shockingly bad service. I ordered a putter online on the 6th of may as a gift for someone. I was told it would take up to 7 working days for this to be delivered. After no contact, I then emailed on the 17th to ask the status of this, I received an email ensuring it would be chased up. Again I heard nothing so on the 19th I emailed again to chase this up and was told the order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. It took that whole time for anybody to realise this item was out of stock and if I hadn’t chased this up then I dread to think how much longer it would’ve took for someone to contact me. Will definitely be sure to never use this service again and will be advising all friends and family of this. Extremely disappointed as I have bought from American golf shops many times in the past.
