Custom fitted for ping irons on 29th July. Was informed a 6-8 week lead time. Visited the store after 6 weeks to check status on order and was informed that delivery would be delayed till 16th of December 2021!!!!
Considering I’d payed the £847.00 up front I believe American Golf should have called to explain the unreasonable +14 weeks and provided the option to cancel.
