My review relates to the excellent service I received from Hodari Solicitors which was resolved to my satisfaction. I started experiencing mould and damp entering my property from the flat above me. I contacted the occupiers landlord consistently on numerous occasion with no avail and he did not take any action and this carried on for years. Part of my property was damaged alongside my personal items. I was on Facebook when I saw an advert on Hodari Solicitors. I immediately contacted them to understand how they could help, although I was a bit skeptical prior to my initial call. To my surprise, they took over, sent their surveyors on numerous occasions, alongside emails to the landlord. This matter was resolved in no time, the landlord took action, repaired my property, putting it back in the position it should have been. Hodari Solicitors also sought damages for the inconveniences and others. I was impressed with the service provided, damages were paid in no time once they received it and my flat was put back in a much better position. I would recommend Hodari Solicitors to anyone experiencing issues relating to property damage, moulds, condensation and damp.
