Very poor example of a business & update s
Did not arrive on time tried to cancel order as going away camping for 10 days needed the item for my trip .
so item could be left on my doorstep for .
I placed over a week so will probably be stolen before I return from my trip .
Total waist of time ordering from this business if you are depending on it arriving on time.
Have been waiting 10 days up to now . follow up it is now the 8/10/24 and I have not had a refund yet after canceling the order on the 19/9/24 . received a email from supplier telling me I would receive my refund if I edit this post on here .
I will not be black mailed into doing any such thing my next step will be trading standard as the supplier is not friendly or helpful in any way.
I hope you will think twice before getting involved with this business. Follow up at the point off canceling the order Royal Mail tracking was showing it had not been collected from you that was 9 days after I placed the order so if your business gave the parcel to Royal Mail you should have proof of it.if you have it has obviously been lost in transit by Royal Mail and yet you are still punishing me as a innocent customer.and you make out you are a friendly helpful business.has the parcel been showing delivered on the tracking as I can assure you I have checked my CCTV and definitely no parcel was delivered or stolen at my house .so you really need to take the issue up with Royal Mail. And just to point out the fact the only time I get a reply from your business is through trust pilot . . Still no refund tracking number for my delivery is MZ236742756GB royal mail clearly states that this business has not passed the item on to Royal Mail.feel like I have been scammed from this business and they are refusing to give me my money back for a item I have not received .it is now the 9/10/24 almost 1 months from the original order. I will keep updating this review until the issue has been resolved.it is now the 12/10/24 and I can't get a reply via email or through trust pilot. So looks like you are not the the friendly helpful business you make your self s out to be .
