I purchased 6 books on the 10th December. That night they sent a newsletter email stating that orders were to be placed by midnight that day for Christmas delivery.
Then on the 20th December they sent an email stating that 2 of the books had missed the christmas cutoff and they would send as soon as possible.
Then i got an email on the 21st December saying the other 4 books had also missed the christmas postage cutoff.
When i asked why it had taken 10 days to process my order i was told they were busy.
These books were for my 6 month olds first Christmas. Now with 3 days before Christmas i am left to find something else to get him.
Booktopia cancelled and refunded my order at my request.
I will NEVER buy from Booktopia again, this has upset me very much and nothing can fix this.
AVOID Booktopia at all costs.
