I bought a pair of very expensive earphones, the QC35. After two years the on/off switch didn't work anymore. It switched the earphones on automatically and drained the battery. Basically it rendered the product useless.
This problem occured to thousands of customers, the Internet is full of complaints regarding the same issue.
The only thing Bose has to say about this, is to offer the customers a rebuy for a price that is over market price. Shameful snd disgusting in my eyes.
Nobody speaks about such behaviour and testers are long gone before such an issue surfaces. My advise: Never buy from a company that proclaims to be a premium brand but in fact produces the same cheap quality in China as even the cheapest of brands.
