Customer service awfull.
Ordered a personalised santa on a Monday, recieved delivery note saying delivery 4/6 weeks. Wanted to cancel as will not recieve until after xmas. Guess what!! Apparently already sent to engravers - hahah yeh right.
If it has gone to be engraved already then it would not take 5/6 weeks to be delivered. Absolutely horrible customer service, will never deal with again.
