The worst company EVER!
Firstly lost my order on their system, after receiving the confirmation email with an order number. I then reordered it over the phone after they didn't reply to 5 emails and phone calls.
One doll arrived instead of two after 3 weeks, so chased the second one up. Evening got through to someone after being on hold for 20 minutes, I was then on the phone for 45 minutes, being told they couldn't find me on the system AGAIN and they couldn't search emails to find the correspondence. They then put me on hold again while they so called listened to my previous telephone call to check what I was saying was correct.
The colleague then said she couldn't get the doll to me on express delivery it would be 7 days lead time after waiting a month, I obviously questioned this so she said she'd put me through to another department which just redirected me to an automatic message to give my phone number and expect a call back within 72 hours!!!!
THE MOST HORRIFIC SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!
NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
