Bradford exchange continues to not tell the truth about shipping items. you email them, and you get the standard same response. They will send "multiple emails with "Congratulations your item has shipped and they have different dates on when it ships. I placed an order on 11-26 told it shipped that day and still does not show on the Fed Ex site. I contact Fed Ex, they never received an item with the tracking number. I did place a second order on December 6 before I knew about this nightmare, its due to arrive today. If you have an issue, you spend days getting it resolved if at all.
