DO NOT USE BUDGETAIR BudgetAir.com changed my ticket 3 times. I just find out when BudgetAir changed my ticket which I did not agree to, in the new ticket my connection flight is through two different airports in New York. There is no way for me to move from La Guardia airport to JFK to catch my flight in traffic in 1.30 min. I am losing my hotel reservation and another flight reservation in Bangkok, plus one month off work and... When I bought my ticket, I had 25 kg suitcase allowance, they changed it to just a carry on. They want to charge me another $70 to cancel my flight. They have no phone number. Furthermore, they are bully and put you in situation which you cannot do anything but agree to them. Not only that, but they should not be allowed to work in north America.
