Booked a flight for my sister they typed one letter wrong on the actual ticket my sister just missed the flight because airline wants budgetair to correct the mistake for her to be able to fly. Budgetair is not reachable, chatboy is useless and Faq on the website refers us to make the change on My Trip section and My Trip section keeps saying oh something went wrong.
