I made a reservation via budget air for a trip from PL to TH - I chose exact dates and hours (departure on Friday, return on Sunday) - company changed hours, which truly make my life harder, 2mths before departure I asked via phone to change dates to original ones - they agreed for this (everything is recorded). And what they did? They kept original hours but changed days (guess what - flight on that date was cheaper than the one we bought initially). Right now they are trying to make me a full. They know that flight that we ordered is much more expensive that the one that are giving us. I’m in Thailand now, whit few days to original flight, they representatives ‘hide behind the procedure’ or leave the chat. They tell that we need to contact with airlines directly (we did it, both airlines said that our agent is entitled to amend/change ticket). At the end their representative states that they have to cancel our flight (we will need to pay the cancellations fees - so it means that we are loosing our tickets and need to pay for new one (much more than we paid 9ths ago…). So if you like gambling with a cheater with a gun - choose them as your flight agent.
