I bought a round trip tkt from Budget Air for a flight on Royal Air Morac. Royal Air Morac did not have record of my return trip - my tkt was invalid and i had to buy another tkt directly from Royal Air Morac in order to get home! I’ve been trying to get a refund from Budget Air since 10/23 and they just give me a run around. They say that the airline owes me the refund and the airline said that Budget Air sold me an invalid tkt. Its insane! There are no phone numbers to connect with Budget Air and customer service replies to my emails by asking for documents that i already sent, telling me to collect from the airline, and that they are working on getting my refund. THEY ARE A SHAM!!
