The request for a refund due to the canceled flight was denied by BudgetAir.com, despite the fact that WestJet Airlines had already reimbursed BudgetAir.com for the cost of the ticket. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on BudgetAir.com as a company. I am deeply disappointed by this outcome.

I am writing to follow up on a previous email I sent regarding a flight cancellation on June 30th.
On June 30th, WestJet had a strike and unfortunately, my mom flight was canceled during the layover. As a result, I had to purchase another flight and I believe it is appropriate that the original flight be refunded.
Wesjet mentioned that you already receive the money back to payback the customers
