If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with BudgetAir has been an absolute nightmare. I tried to book a flight with them and got an email saying the booking was unsuccessful because of a payment error. Based on that, I bought tickets elsewhere. Then, without telling me, they re-attempted the payment later and took the money from my account for a flight I was told wasn’t booked. When I reached out to customer service, they denied any wrongdoing and tried to shift the blame on me numerous times. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they blamed my bank and brushed off my concerns. They’ve wasted hours of my time and caused so much stress, and they still haven’t refunded the money they wrongly charged me.—I have proof from their own email and my browser history showing I never went back to their site after the failed booking. BudgetAir’s lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is shocking. If you don’t want to deal with a company that clearly doesn’t care about its customers or their money, don’t book with them. I’ll never use them again, and I’ll warn anyone I know to stay far away.
