Budget air booked us on a flight that later got cancelled and we were told that our refund was approved. We have been going back and forth over email with them for over 6 months for $2500. They refuse to give us a customer service number to call and we just keep getting the same email over and over again from different people saying they’re looking into it with no resolution. We have also gotten other peoples emails because they just change the name in the header and send the same message to everyone so there are definitely other people in the same situation as us. They are 100% a scam company because when we called the airline, the airline told us that our tickets were never cancelled and there was no refund requested by budgetair. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
