Absolutely the slowest company I have ever dealt with. 1 week before they even shipped the product from Germany. Had to buy the parts elsewhere. Eventually arrived 12 days after I ordered it. Started returns process. Took 3 days to recieve the return label. Use GLS for returns process. No link sent to find local drop off point. The whole process is a pain in the butt from start to finish. Will never use again.
