If you're not in a hurry and can accept a third-party spare (i.e. not original manufacturer branded) then they might be OK. I ordered a taillight for a BMW - identified it OK on the buycarparts app. When it came it wasn't a BMW part and didn't match the other side. They don't say this on their site. The return process has been OK - it took about 5 days for the DHL label to come through and the instructions are very clear (Brexit and all). So it looks like they're trying to improve their service.
