Absolutely disgusting customer service. Look at their reviews before ever purchasing from this company they are not interested in their customers and what they have to say. Look at their responses, you will pick up the trend. I ordered a grille on the 10th July 2022. Contacted Buycarparts 2 weeks later to notify them the part never arrived. They asked for 28 days to investigate. I contact them after 28 days, 2 months and now it is the 15th October. They do not want to take responsibility, they blame the courier company they contracted to deliver. Then blame their responsible department for not getting back to their “repeated requests”. DO NOT BUY FROM BUYCARPARTS
