Whatever you do please do not buy from This company I ordered in good faith a set of tyres ,order no 31173628 so a genuine sale however they could not guarantee if the tyres would be here within a month as they were coming from Germany ( even though it is a co.uk website it’s based in Germany ,so I requested a cancellation but the sales person point blank refused to cancel the order and told me I had to have the tyres however I had already repurchased them .ive has Blatant lies from the sales team saying they had already been dispatched which I know they hadn’t i eventually had an email confirming my order was cancelled and a refund would be issued within 48 hours ,I waited a week and then rang today only to find out the order had been reactivated “by mistake” I’ve now apparently got to wait for the tyres to arrive then send them back at my own cost and then wait again for a refund , which by all account is a further 1-2 months to wait some customers never see a refund shocking service and blatant lies from this company I have emails to back up my comments
