I had a terrible experience with Carpisa—their products, customer service, and refund policy are deeply disappointing. I ordered five bags, expecting quality from an Italian brand, but the reality was far from it: ❌ Made in China with poor craftsmanship ❌ No inner lining (which was not shown in the product images) ❌ Loose threads and unfinished stitching When I requested a return, their website stated a €5 deduction, but customer service first claimed €10, and later deducted €20 from my refund—four times the amount originally stated! Their response? Dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to acknowledge the contradiction and simply said, “return has a cost.” This company is misleading customers with incomplete product images and changing refund terms arbitrarily. I do not recommend Carpisa and will never purchase from them again. ⚠️ If you're considering buying from Carpisa, beware!
