I have appreciate the service and advice. I was a bit disappointed that initially i was told i have a case and later it was found that i haven't . It was a bit worrying for me . I was also charge for extra hours spending on my case when an email explained to me that when there is no case i will not be allow to carry on spending on the case . the reason giving was that the time was use chasing my company .writing emails do not take up to 2.5 hours de write. The reason was not good enough as we have agreed stages of the case and the payment was made accordingly. It is important to be clear from the beginning with regards the payment and the job that need to be done even to let the client know the truth picture of the case. i was satisfy for the rest of the service
