It a paying customer dares to question staff conduct, the manager immediately accuses them of being rude, rather than acting in an unbiased manner. Staff are allowed to damage goods that are being purchased, are encouraged to physically intervene when a customer is inspecting an item for sale and supported in giving unsolicited, incorrect legal advice. Makes a used-car dealership look professional.
