The most frustrating company I've ever bought from online, had a missing item from my delivery and unlike other companies don't care because like others have reported the parcel weighted the correct amount when it left them. So not there problem. Contact is poor and more my fault than theirs. Had to fill in forms and send picture for the to investigate and make their service better in the future, when as a customer they haven't even sorted out where my item is.
Don't even get me started on the 24 hour message emailed back each time. Invoice gives a weekday number open 8 till and but line is dead.
I have not idea how this will end but as a customer I've never been made to feel so less important, it like they will look into it with no intention on helping me, like it's my fault the item is missing so deal with it.
DON'T BUY ONLINE, AVOID AT ALL COST.
