Not great quality & also the small backpack that I have ordered arrived in 2 plastic bags & some paper stuffing. I picked it up from one of the stores where the shop assistant cheerfully asked me if I want another bag? It is beyond me how irresponsible this company is. Massive profits yet no social/eco credentials!!
