Great customer service and fast shipping. I have placed two orders online recently. The first I decided to cancel a backordered item after my other items shipped. I emailed customer service and they had my order changed and a refund on the way within hours. The second time I ordered a phone, but shortly after placing the order realized I'd misread the specs and wanted to change my order to a different phone. I went in and requested to swap out the phones and again the change was confirmed within hours. I have so far also been satisfied with the selection and the quality of the products I have received. I will definitely continue ordering from cell2get!
