Everything I buy from them I i know my money is worth the effort on their devices they sell. Overall, good quality merchandise and customer service has never disappointed me, they know a lot on their phones but I usually call them and talk to them in case there is an issue with my order. But with all that knowledge you could always read their descriptions and save time.
