I am a senior and quite frankly cannot tell an icloud from a rain cloud.I went to cell2get and could not have been happier with the staff and service.Extreme patience and clear explanations helped me to choose a phone and understand all the new ways to use it. Joell made sure I understood everything about the phone before I left the store. May I also say the managers were encouraging to allow me all the time I needed to feel comfortable with the new phone if I wanted to send it back. This was a great experience.
