I been meaning to write a review but always slips my mind, I use to dread this place after reading reviews and having a bad experience in the past, about like 4 years ago, because the service was always eh- it felt like they only cared about sales and numbers, I would only go and have another phone store help me but they are no longer open. BUTTTT the last few times I’ve been in touch with them I’ve had such great service! It’s literally a 360 in the customer service. Everyone here is so genuine and knowledgeable and it truly feels like they care about the customer in front of them. I no longer feel that saws driven energy and it’s nice to call them and ask questions about a product where everyone is so welcoming. Phone that I ordered came in as advertised and pretty fast. I wish I could remember everyone that has helped me because every experience was a great one! Definitely recommend this location!!10/10!!
