I had a great experience here the other day being assisted by steve and melvin. I had a situation and was in need of a phone asap and both steve and melvin were patient and super helpful when i called the whole time. During my time there, they both also assisted 2 emergency situations with customers, one of whom had lost their phone and they went out of their way to prioritize us. At the end of the day i was left with the exact phone I wanted, and super satisfied that they overnighed the phone for me. and had to leave a review. 10/10
