Well it was that dreaded time again to go to a cell phone store and pick out a new phone and this time I decided to try a different method to purchase a phone and so I went online. Let me tell you, this was the best decision I made in a long time! Melvin was the customer service associate that assisted me with my new phone. I’m in customer service myself and understand the objective but Melvin was phenomenal in many aspects. His product knowledge was impressive to say the least, his overall demeanor made me feel at ease and not pressured whatsoever and his understanding of what I described I needed and ability to guide me to the best device was outstanding. He seemed like someone that takes a lot of pride in his role there as he was excited to help in every way, which in turn made me excited about purchasing. I will undoubtedly continue to go back to this location and work with Melvin and refer as many of my family and friends who have a need of a new phone! Thanks again for an amazing experience :)
