Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and very professional, informed us about the new phones that we should purchase when we are moving from old 3G phones to a 5G device, and the rep was super knowledgeableand helpful. Adam, the customer service representative that helped us out was the utmost respectful and professional. I will always trust his judgment and recommendations. We are extremely satisfied that we got out from the rock we used to live in, to a more open world and ecosystem. The galaxy s21's they have are 100% Authentic and brand new! The phones are a fresh air from the old floppy flip phones we had from back in the day and we didn't have to spend as much as we thought we would. I'm 84 years old and kept giving excuses why I shouldn't get a smartphone but seriously, even my 3 year old great grand daughter knows how to use these phones, so why shouldn't I also?
