He is one of the best reasons I stayed with cell2get as a phone merchant for so long. I have placed an order for a phone over 4 months ago and started to have issues with it. After being super honest with them over the phone and talking respectively and letting them know that I need help with the phone I bought from them rather than trying to squeeze out from them (as most shitty people and customers do these days), they really were willing to offer the world for me in return. And so I had sent back my phone so they can inspect the issue I had with it, and turns out that it didn't matter, because they contacted Samsung for me and replaced my galaxy s21 because it was under warranty. Within a week I had a fresh brand new phone from them directly from Samsung and I was super happy!
