My aunt and I went to this website sometime on a Saturday to get a refurbished phone she had purchased online. Everything went very well and everyone was very helpful through email support. After getting the phone home and trying to charge it we were having a problem with the volume button and that it wouldn't charge. My aunt had given up on the refurbished phone and decided to just purchase a new one. Today we contacted their customer service via phone where melvin helped us. My aunt just needed a little help learning about the volume button and to purchase a new wall charger. Melvin saved my aunt a lot of money by her helping in discovering the problems.
