Steven was also assisted by management and other staff during the process. The entire staff was pleasant, respectful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Phone did arrive and completely new and as advertised as overstock. Original accessories and device are all in but the box which I don't care nor I expect to find a phone from 2018 brand new in the box these days. Overall I am a happy customer, and would definitely be buying future phones from them.
