I called Customer Service yesterday and happened to get a VERY helpful rep named jack. I had to make a second order for my dad. Daniel walked me through the process and I could tell he was very patient because my nerves were on edge with the annoyance from buying a phone, and all the issues I had to deal with to close out my father's business affairs. Daniel was efficient but compassionate, which made the whole thing much, much easier. A note of gratitude to an employee of cell2get that presents his company in a first-rate manner.
