I ordered a phone with free shipping. I was told that it would take anywhere from 1-2 weeks but was surprised when it showed up at my door after three days. I called with an order number shortly after purchasing top make sure that my order was processed. when i was told that it was shipped the same day i thought they meant processed. I am thrilled with their quick service.
