Worst letting experience ever.
This agency will only take a holding deposit before you even try to make any kind of offer with the landlord. Also, the agent was extremely unfriendly, careless and inattentive in drafting out the contract. Foreseeing future problems in dealing with this agency, I quickly removed myself from any future negotiations before its too late. Do not waste your time and money with this agency no matter how nice the flat you are interested in.
