i love Chechil smoked cheese! its such a yummy snack! we buy 10lb box from Chechil and freeze it. it still tastes delicious after it has been thawed out. we bring this snack to any party we go and it is always a hit. this year we got an unbelievable deal on black friday and bought 2 boxes. our friends and family will be receiving this cheese as their Christmas gift. i rated 4 stars because their site can use major improvements and all their account related emails (such as order update or shipping info) goes straight to spam. and it takes a while to process an order - usually at least 7-10 days. but we still love this cheese and will be buying again.
